oh man.. I'm so mad. I was going to take the boys for their pictures this weekend. They haven't had any together in a couple of years probably. Anyway.. my MIL took the boys to get their haircut for me today. Well instead of asking me.. THEIR MOTHER.. she asked Sam.. WTF does he know.. obviously NOTHING.. She cut Q's hair major short. :(
I'm about to cry.. because I like his hair.. I've never EVER cut his hair as short as she said he told her to go. If you are familiar with hair clippers.. and you know your size of combs.. you'll know.. that a one on the side.. and two on top.. is WAY short. no more curls. And in some cases they don't grow back once you cut them. I'm so upset. I know that to a lot you it might seem like nothing. I mean hair is hair.. it'll grow back. But man.. Now I don't know if I wanna take them for his pictures.. I'm really mad. I hope I didn't sound pissed off when my MIL on the phone.. but dammit..
Ok.. back to work..

THAT SOOO SUCKS!!! I remember when I was little...my grandparents took us, SHAVED both my brothers heads, and cut my hair up to my sholders...my parents were so super pissed!! I would have been so super mad! I know what you mean about the curls! I LOVED Jaden's curls when he was that age! (((HUGS))) Just keep thinking it will grow back...and hey, do those pics this weekend...then for years to come you can say, :" Here is the pic of my boys the time my idiot MIL cutt there damn hair." It will make a good story...you will look back and laugh. (Maybe!)
well I don't blame her. I mean it was totally a miscommunication. Sam says he told her longer on top. But you know.. the thing is.. I should have just taken them myself. :(

Well I'm glad you got the pictures done anyways because they both are abso-freakin-lutely adorable!
But I know EXACTLY what you are saying. I don't even let them use clippers on the top of Little Man's fade. You should see the glares I get when I tell the stylist that she needs to trim the top with scissors.
