The end of my third week. I worked out 6 times this week. I logged in 17.5 miles for the week. I did pretty good on my diet except Saturday.. which was really good.. but sucks dietwise.. LOL
I'm hoping tomorrow morning when I step on that scale that I've lost something. I'm also on my period and retaining water. I'm drinking tons so I can get rid of it. Cross your fingers for tomorrow morning.
